Dedicated to providing support to chronically ill and critically ill children and their families at Massachusetts General Hospital.
Founded in 1996 by Sue Horman in loving memory of her daughter, Kimberly
Angels Above plays a pivotal role in the lives of the children at Mass General Hospital for Children (MGHfC) by focusing on individualized patient care and bringing smiles to the faces of patients during their stay
Angels Above provides special gifts for the many children at MGHfC that are critically and chronically ill
Working hand and hand with the Child Life Department, Angels Above strives to help normalize the hospitalization experience for children and families
Contributions range from organizing holiday celebrations, birthday parties, end of chemotherapy treatment parties to donating endless amounts of games, movies, art supplies, laptops, PlayStations, and DVD players
We are very proud to report that on average, 99.6% of all money raised goes directly to the children.
